Noga Grinberg — designer & creative

Long story short(ish)

Five and a half years at monday.com is a lot to hold. An IPO. A pandemic. A world that changed shape with AI.
I was there for all of it, making things.

In marketing, I touched pretty much everything - search, organic social, paid social, YouTube, Hulu, the Super Bowl. I art directed commercial sets, launched the monday Makers brand, held user research, interviews, built the marketplace devs site from scratch, led the task force that moved all marketing designers to Webflow, ran the rebranding task force, and somewhere in between all of that, made dozens of landing pages, ebooks, templates, video boards, testimonial films, and things I've probably forgotten.

Then a year and a half in the CEO's office - working closely with monday's senior leadership on board decks, investor day, shareholder letters, strategy presentations, kickoffs, Elevate (annual customers conference). The kind of work where the margin for error is zero and the audience is always the room that matters most.

If you're still reading - good. That's kind of the point.

Before that, I was employee #12 at Mindspace. I left when the company had 180 people and 30 locations. I got to build the brand as it grew, led the in-house design, managed an external studio, and owned a lot of creative - end to end.

And before all of that - a law firm internship. Because I studied law and business administration. Everything I know about design, I taught myself. Trial, error, repeat.

I'm incredibly proud of that.
