Marketplace developers

As the first marketing function for the monday Marketplace, I led the end-to-end creative journey of building the brand from scratch. This was a multi-disciplinary effort that involved deep user research and testing to understand the target audience and ecosystem, followed by the design and development of the Marketplace mini-site. Beyond the product, I owned the full marketing rollout- defining the visual identity, launching paid ad campaigns, and producing community events and social content to drive developer adoption and growth.
